We serve the full city of Portland plus the inner-ring suburbs of Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, and Gresham. Our coverage area was set by Karl in 2003 based on a simple rule: any neighborhood we can be at within an hour at 6:30 AM, including traffic. Twenty-two years later, the same rule still describes the boundary.

Emergency response times: average 42 minutes inside Portland city limits, average 60–90 minutes for outer suburbs depending on traffic and time of day. We do not charge a travel fee within our standard service area. For projects outside Multnomah, Washington, or Clackamas counties we may add a $85–$150 mileage charge — and we will tell you that when you call, not when you get the invoice.
