Visiting the yard

The yard is on SE Powell — small parking lot, the trenchless rig and nine service trucks live here. Office hours Mon–Fri 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Walk-ins welcome for estimates; if you want a specific person (Karl, Marina, Sara at dispatch), call ahead.

Public transit

TriMet Bus 9 (Powell Boulevard) stops one block west at SE 17th & Powell. Bus 14 (Hawthorne) and the MAX Orange Line are within a 15-minute walk.

Permits and inspection

We pull Portland BDS residential sewer permits on every replacement project. Outside Portland, we coordinate Washington, Clackamas, or Multnomah County permitting as required. Homeowner does not interact with BDS.
